Multiple Oregon Locations Available: Portland, Medford, Oregon City, Seaside, Milwaukie

Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will provide top-quality nursing care in one of the following subspecialties:
Wound Care
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Operating Room
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Medical Surgery
Labor and Delivery
Emergency Room (ER)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patient health status
Develop and implement nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Certification in specialty area preferred but not required (e.g., CCRN for ICU, CEN for ER, etc.)
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in chosen subspecialty
BLS/ACLS certification as required by subspecialty
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range
USD $85,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
